WOODSBORO LAND
Immersive Land Concept
Woodsboro is not just a place.
It is a story frozen in time, a quiet American town where ordinary streets hide extraordinary terror.
This land concept reimagines the world of Scream as a fully immersive themed environment, blending cinematic storytelling with large-scale attraction design. Guests step into familiar locations, from the streets of Woodsboro to the iconic houses that defined the films.
Designed as a premium horror destination, the experience combines visual spectacle, narrative tension, and operational realism. Every structure, pathway, and façade has been carefully planned to support both storytelling and guest flow, creating a believable town that feels alive… and dangerously unpredictable.

Design Vision & Development Approach
The Woodsboro Land concept was developed as a complete themed environment, combining narrative design, spatial planning, and operational logic.
The layout balances atmospheric storytelling with functional infrastructure. Backstage areas, service routes, and show buildings are carefully integrated behind scenic façades to preserve immersion while ensuring realistic operations. Visitor circulation has been designed to support high guest capacity while maintaining comfort and clear sightlines.
Each attraction and architectural element contributes to a unified storyline inspired by the original Scream films. From dramatic visual landmarks to subtle environmental details, the goal is to create a living town where tension builds naturally as guests move through the space.
This project reflects a design philosophy where storytelling, technical feasibility, and guest experience are treated as equal priorities.
