THE GHOST
Hospitality Client — France
Transformation of an existing restaurant into a fully immersive dining experience open to the general public.
The concept was built around a simple idea: when guests enter the space, they remain outdoors, even though they are physically inside the building.
The environment was designed as an enclosed exterior setting. A guard booth functions as both reception and bar, leading guests toward the façade of an old house containing the main dining room. A hidden courtyard extends the experience and reinforces the feeling of exploring an unknown place.
The layout accommodates more than 55 seats while maintaining guest comfort, smooth circulation, and strong visual coherence.

The project involved transforming an existing dining space into a fully immersive environment while respecting strict spatial and operational constraints.
Special attention was given to seating capacity, ensuring more than 55 covers without compromising comfort, circulation, or visual coherence.
My mission included visual concept development, spatial layout design, production of technical drawings for contractor consultation, and support in maintaining alignment with the client’s budget.
